e.l.f. NACD Summit
As part of the Change The Board Game initiative, we partnered with e.l.f. to show up at the 2024 National Association of Corporate Directors Summit with one mission in mind: to ask attendees “Are you ready to play?”
While we explored a few different visual themes for the space, we wanted to make sure all of e.l.f.’s initiatives felt cohesive. Visually, we leaned into the world that Oberland created for Change The Board Game. Playing off the idea of a board game, we used interactive elements to help convey the findings of the Not So White Paper and encourage attendees to engage with the information in a meaningful yet playful way.
Knowing NACD is traditionally a corporate conference, we wanted to break the mold in a way that people couldn’t look away from us. To do that, we extended past the height of the build, as well as adding in free-standing walls in the space at different heights, creating depth in the space. For our interactive elements, we included a built-in tv on the back wall that displayed the Change The Board Game video, tear away sheets with a QR code to access the Not So White paper, hinged flaps that revealed stats, as well as spinning images that featured members of the e.l.f. x NACD Accelerate Program.
