Hollister Feel Good Fest 2024
In the spring of 2024, we created a memorable branded concert experience for high school students with Hollister and High School Nation. Day One’s task was to design an unforgettable interactive activation that highlights Hollister’s refreshed style as well as making the connection between music and mental health to spark interest with teens in attendance.
Partnering with the Hollister team, we came up with on-site installations and activations to bolster the experience, introducing high school students to what is likely most of their first “festival” experiences. These included:
The Reflecting Positivity mirror sculpture, which featured a giant mirror cube at the entrance of the festival grounds. Feel-good captions live on each of the panels, where students can take mirror selfies as well as promotes positive messaging that inspires
The Feel Good Fort, an elevated lounge area inspired by the organic landscape of rolling grassy hills. Both sculptural and functional, it serves as a larger than life Instagrammable photo moment while also providing a special vantage point where students can soak in the music and capture content
A wide lens branded photo booth for students to capture memories. The wide lens echoes the fish eye effect seen in the mirror sculpture as well as in the original event poster.
A Feel Good Fest merch station allows students to design their own Hollister hoodie with a selection of custom stickers created for the festival. Not only do students get a physical keepsake of their experience, they also get to highlight their self expression with their own creations
The experience traveled to over 20 high schools in 6 weeks, featuring viral and chart-topping artists like Benson Boone, Boys World, Claire Rosinkranz, Dylan Conrique, JVKE and WanMor.
